All products are formulated for Tier-5 performance:
• Gel Fresheners: 3–4 weeks depending on room size and A/C.
• After Cooking Mist: Instant results + lingering freshness.
• Diffuser Oils: 2–4 weeks depending on machine setting.
• USB Humidifier Set: 2–3 weeks per 20ml scent drop bottle.

Longevity may vary based on heat, humidity, and airflow.

2. Are Pogfreshener products safe?

Yes. All products are crafted using:
• Clean perfume oils
• Food-grade or cosmetic-grade bases
• No harsh chemicals
• No parabens
• Low-tox formulations designed for daily use in homes, cars, baby areas, and kitchens.

3. Where do you deliver?

We ship across the UAE within 1–3 days.
International delivery is available to selected countries (fees vary by destination).

4. How do I use the After Cooking Mist?

Shake lightly and spray 2–5 times after frying or grilling.
Works best on:
• Cooking odours
• Oil smells
• Fish and meat aromas
• Air-conditioning units

5. Do Pogfreshener gels melt in heat?

No. The gel base is stable and tested for the UAE climate.
For cars, we recommend using the Auto Luxe variants only.

6. How do I care for my Humidifier Scent Drops?
• Use 8–10drops per session depending on size of humidifier
• Do not pour oil directly into water tank, always put water before oil 
• Store in a cool location away from sunlight
• Clean your device weekly for best mist output

7. Can I return or exchange items?

Returns are only accepted for:
• Wrong items
• Damaged items on arrival

Opened fragrance products are not returnable for hygiene reasons.

8. Do you accept custom orders or wholesale?
