Due to the nature of fragrance and personal-care products, Pogfreshener does not accept returns once items are opened or used.
Returns Accepted Only If:
• The item arrives damaged
• The incorrect product is delivered
In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos, and we will arrange a replacement.
